Hi amanda

this is the first time i actually ask for help!!!..i been working out for years now i did everything including boxing and i look really lean and tone , till the last month and a half i realized that even though i was working out 5 to 6 days a week i started gaining weight my clothing don't fit as once did . My husbands conclusion is that im starting to get older so my body is changing, mind you im about to turn 29...i changed my workout routine 2 weeks ago and still no change, im getting so frustrated i really dont know what else to do there's days when i have to force myself to go to the gym when before i couldn't wait to go....i saw you in one of my oxygen magazines and from there i googled you,i really liked your input about working out and also the amount of muscle tone you have...i really dont know if you have any advice on what direction i show take, but as my husband tells me 'it doesn't hurt trying'... Thanks in advance and if there's nothing you can do i understand i know you're a busy mom...
